Woke up this morning and had a brief panic thought that I hadn’t input today’s more-or-less planned meals. That kind of awareness/concern is a new feeling. Tempted to get on the scale (it’s supposed to be “out of sight, out of mind”) but I’m going to stay resolved and wait until at least Monday.

Made myself a mini-goal. When I lose 4 pounds to fall below 230 (pre-Covid weight Nov. 2019), then I will have a small portion of chocolate. Hoping this will coincide with Easter.
