Snow again.....GO AWAY!!!! Breakfast: egg,fresh sausage patty,apple,grapes,strawberries.
Lunch: Robins special Salad.
Dinner chicken and veggie.
Gotta say I am not a fan of Beef (oxtail) tail.All the veggies cooked in with it were great.The prep work was a pain.I had Five HUGE knives out to try to cut the the fricken tail.Luckily I have DEXTERS "killer" knife collection.And I love to cook.You should see me work my magic for big holiday meals.
Anyway,Happy Tuesday! Gonna trade one granddaughter for another today.Oh my second oldest daughter is pregnant with her third child.She can stop trying to beat my record any time.We sure are a fertile bunch.
