Weight loss. Well some one may look at this and say HUH?. Listen I don't know what to say myself. All I know is. when that storm came, it shut down all of my efforts. I was in a stall and went back up. But after the storm passed. It was like my body settled down. (I don't know) Anyway I got the focus back. and Have been eating like the things that you find on the Keto diet. I have not ate any junk. In that place I'm eating the recommended nuts. So far this is what's happening. I have not started my exercise back yet. But I will soon. I'm just trying to watch this change that I've made and see for a few more day where it's all going to go. I should have put this in the other post. But I wasn't thinking about it until I posted. Take care everyone.

Hang in there! Just keep trying to stay in your calorie range. It will come down but many factors can keep the scale from moving. You can't look at it daily because it will fluctuate. Most of the time its water weight or muscle gain. Stress can cause water weight gain, and women are more prone to it because of our hormones. Just keep at it.
