Woke up thinking I had lost weight. I thought I looked thinner. Gained the stupid pound back (stupid chocolate cake, lol). Oh well. Tomorrow is another day.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That keeps happening to me too lol. I wake up, look down and really really look like the belly is like half its size or something. Then I go and weigh myself and bad surprise lol. But try also measuring your waist because your weight is probably due to bowel contents and water. You may have actually lost fat ;)
