My "I don't want to" muscle is flexing more than my dedication to change through exercise muscle today. I read an inspirational affirmation today regarding exercise. It went like this...What seems so difficult today will one day be just your warm-up. While I haven't wrapped this attitude around my mind today I know I will soon. J

I've never heard that saying. I like it. I have often found it easy to blow off work-outs in the past, but for some reason I am doing alright this time around. As the weather gets better, I will enjoy my walks all the more. My indoor exercise (a strength training dvd) has been more challenging that I remembered from last year. I force myself to keep doing it, knowing that soon enough it will feel more comfortable, and then it will be time to move up to a harder one. Good luck!
