HAPPY TUESDAY!

My blood sugar this morning --- 85!!! I'm owing this to working out on my wii yesterday morning and then again before bed. Exercise is a big part of managing diabetes.

Well need to get ready as I must get to the store today. I'm so lovin this. I know it's much easier to move my weight when my bg is closer to normal. It's the high blood sugar that promotes insulin and it's the excess insulin thats the problem when it comes to weight control.

I hope everyone is well and doing great!!!

Oh my, got a storm coming Stef?? I think the only storms I love are lightening and thunder storms and I just love them!! Here it's just wet and grey..no fun. I'm fine with a little more snow before spring. I mean, if it has to be cold anyway it might as well be pretty lol.

You a Wii Fit Mama, and I am with you there is nothing like a good thunder storm especially at night. I could sit and watch for hours...

Yes we do, Ruby and I am stoked! I also love the thunder and lightning storms as long as there is no HAIL or TORNADOES!!

OMGoodness, I've witnessed a really bad hail storm in my old hometown that broke windows, damaged cars and put anyone on the street into the hospital however, I too have no desire to witness another tornado. Living in the northwest, I've only witnessed one "mild" tornado that thankfully passed by without doing any major damage "whew!!"

We had a hail storm summer before last that let down some hailstones the size of golf balls where we were, but some the size of softballs in the neighboring town....that is huge!!
