It's a beautiful sun shiny day today!! A little on the cold side, but that should change later on in the week. Trying to get back on track, and it is working out fairly well. I think getting the phentermine back has helped too.

One good thing about not having it for a few months, I know now that I can maintain my weight!! That is one of the most important things with this weight loss journey. Knowing it is so empowering!! I feel I can do this so easy now!! The whole change is so very worth it!! I feel so much better, my attitude is changing, I'm getting a little better at not getting so out of breath.

Never let anyone ever tell you that you can't do something! You CAN do anything you set your mind to, and that you WANT to do!!! Just to be healthier is a big goal for me. To be able to breathe easier is a major goal in itself. I know that will worsen in time, but for now it's good.

Barney has shaken off the "snarkies" cold and sniffles and sneezing. We have to take him back to the vet today for a follow up. His ears are nice and clear, his eyes are bright and not crusty anymore, and he is playing like a little kitten with Squeek, and that is just darn funny!!

All is quiet now on the home front, the kitties are napping, and the kids are in school. I think I'll go grab a few hard boiled eggs, and get some crocheting done. One of the little girls at the bus stop saw the hand warmer I made, and now she wants one. I told her mom, I'd make her one, and it would probably be under $10. I think that's a good price. She should be happy with that.

Time to go get things started and finished too...lol!! Have a spectacular day everyone!!!
