I don't even know what to say right about now. Well I kind of do. The truth is always better. I'm not doing well at all, All of my effort has just gone down the tube. They said they were turning light off last night, they didn't and I do hope they stay on. In the mean time I'm just eating eating and eating. so often it doesn't make sense. It's not because I'm hungry, I wonder if it is all this activity going on with the weather. Not sure but I know I need to get to a place because this is not good.
I'm just trying to stay inside, staying safe and waiting for all this bad weather to pass on out. We are not use to this kind of weather. Texas is really having a time. God bless us all. I'm gone to mope and play the poor little old me game. Or I can get those positive thoughts back where they need to be and get this thing going again. Let's see. I believe I'll take the latter. I'll keep moving.

Didn't know you are in TX, hope y'all stay safe! Cold weather always makes me eat more. I would have 15 lb fluctuations during the year but one year I stopped dropping during the spring/summer.
I don't think all is lost, it could be water weight, plus you've been working out regularly so it could also be muscle weight 💪

Hang in there this too shall pass. Try to find something to occupy your mind. Puzzles games. A project around the house until things return to normal

Yes Eidetiker. I'm in Texas, and we are just not use to weather like this. But it seem to be getting better. I do know that is what happen (eating), when it first hit I found myself just eating and the thing about is. I wasn't even hungry that is what got to me. Thanks for your comment. I'm encouraged to move forward.
Hi Deborahkerr. I was trying to find things to do. I turned to my music this always seem to help keep my focus in a positive place. But some how the weather won. I just lost control. But I'm not giving up. I'm believing better is coming my way. Thank you for your comment. It mean much to me.

I do have to apologize though I’ve been laid up for a while here with the bad language and I don’t have any TV or Internet so kind of unaware of what’s going on in the world. I’m very sorry to learn about everything that’s going on in Texas and how devastating it is for you Texans not being equipped for obviously those temperatures. I am praying that your state gets back to normal and things turn around soon
