I had a decent day yesterday. Sat in car for church with my hot coffee to keep me warm . A little cold still between 9 and 10 a.m. Started reading a book "The Coconut Ketogenic Diet by Dr. Bruce Fife. I added coconut oil to my coffee and my meals and I don't feel so antsy or have cravings. I am really just trying to approach life in a more mature way--eating whatever, whenever doesn't satisfy and makes matters worse. I would like to find a place to buy for $70K. What city in Arizona did your big sis find a place, SlowMeta? I do have heat in my house but my legs still are cold even when the furnace is up to 72 degrees. I think I like my car better because it's almost like being outside and it is easy to add a liitle warmth or adjust windows for warmth. In the summer, I find a nice shady place like the park where there is a lake, ducks geese and people to watch. It's peaceful in my car.
