Good workout today, not much done after i arrived home @ 7:00. If wasn't watching the Olympics late i would not have been hunting crunchy. Wasn't hungry. Shouldn't have as popcorn gives me a stomach ache,

FYI - next time you are hungry for popcorn, just remember - corn is what they use to fatten pigs!

If you make it homemade (without the butter - I know doesn't seem to make sense) then popcorn is actually considered one of the best carbs you can have because it's so light. Stay away from that microwave stuff and you can get away with a couple bowls.

Lol. Love the pig comment! Also that about good carbs. Also lots of fiber. I did make it myself with a tiny bit of oil, did add 2 teaspoons of melted butter and a bit of salt. Those microwave bags taste like slimey fat instead of popcorn to me. Still was within my 1200-1400 calories for the day. Tastes good but I always regret eating it because i end up with a little kid style stomach ache. As usual i went to bed with that stomach ache after eating it.

Those microwave bags, from what I've heard, are among the most carcinogenic foods there is Wholefoodnut ;) Good call avoiding them!

Agreed they are awful. I think of all the kids who eat that junk daily Weight is slow but should be sustainable, as long as i can keep exercising. Thanks. 45 pounds since i started, before the wt chart.
