wish I could have walked this am. Apparently fell into bed and didn't turn my alarm on last night stayed up watching skiing. Woke up @ 5:30 and have to leave a bit after 6. Raced to get ready for work-hate that.

Good sleep is also important. Your body needed some more time in bed today.

On mornings like that I arrive at work out of breath - I think I must have gotten some exercise somewhere! LOL.

Believe me i felt like i had a workout. My mornings are usually pretty slow-i'm not one who jumps out of bed ready to tackle the world. Struggle to let the dogs out and grab my already made coffee and crawl make under the covers with a book or the computer for awhile, up to get another cup. Then i can move Grins.

I'm just like that lol. Pretty slow to do everything. I stress myself easily lol. Coffee is definitely a great help waking up! That's undeniable heheh :)
