ugh....between covid and anti-anxiety meds I gained 10lbs super fast I stopped the meds 3 weeks ago as I would rather have anxiety than get fat and be depressed. I work out a minimum of 4 to 5x a week and thr scale still didn't budge. going to focus on Alternate day fasting and keto staring today

Maybe some meditation would help you with the anxiety and also help you lower the stress hormones that makes us hungrier and gain weight. Plus the benefits of getting a better sleep which also influences body weight. Just saying.

I have found in the past that when I do the same kind of exercise for a long time the body adapts and gets too efficient and doesn’t drop weight as easily. When I added on strength training and reduced my cardio i lost inches off my waist as well as some weight. I love cardio - so that wasn’t easy. So maybe mix it up - try something you don’t normally do - shock your body a bit.
