Bittersweet day. Celebrated my daughters birthday at lunch (and ate too much but boy was it good)! Later in the afternoon my father-in-law passed away. He had been sick but it's still hard when the end comes. This next week will have its challenges as the funeral is planned and out of town family arrive.

Scared to weigh myself after the last two days of eating and not enough exercise. It's still too cold to do much walking outdoors. This seems to be the endless winter. Can't wait for holidays. Yeah! Thanks for all the support. Just got to keep on trucking.
