OKAY, I MUST CONFESS: I was "cheating" a bit By dipping into Brenda's candy bowl M & Ms and there were some of the ones with the pretzel inside and I think that is the "reason" my feet were swelling. GOSH!! NO cheating on the sodium is allowed! I just have to quit thinking if no one sees me eating it THERE ARE STILL CALORIES IN IT! LOL

BP up in the afternoon, so took another lasix pill 20 mg. By supper time BP back down.

Felt REALLY hungry in morning after eating the "shake" for breakfast. I got to thinking it might be too much carb then a dive in Blood sugar, so will check tomorrow and see if it is that way again. Sort of a test of which foods sustain my cravings for and how long.
