nothing exciting to note...followed the atkins diet, didnt work out as my back is pretty sore tonight and Im freaking tired. Working from home tomorrow so I will hit the gym, maybe a spinning class no sstress on the back.
Its wine o'clock somewhere and Im not drinking wine. ugh. Thursday nights used to be MY NIGHT...oh well, once i get below 148 then wine nights will resume.
I have 26 sleeps till my Cuba vacation...gotta lose at least 6 more pounds!!

You look amazing and are an inspiration to many. I unfortunately cannot indulge in the wineoclock festivities. Through experience I know that two things that hinder me are grains and alcohol. Love my wine, but I'll be on the wine wagon for a few weeks till i lose the lbs I want to. sigh... such sacrifices we make!!!

You are too kind. Honestly after I had my son is was up at 203 lbs and I gave birth 6 weeks early. I did not lose the weight after. I quit all alcohol (usually 2-3 weeks at a time). Back then (16years) I went on weight watchers and worked out 5 days a week. Now I never allow more than 12 lbs on and even then it's too much. Make small time commitments to this and know that it's a journey for most of us and not a destination. Commit to just one week with no booze when you see the weight go down you will want to go further. Remember boat loads of water. You go girl
