omg I don't know how you are doing it at 900 a day. I would pass out !!! I am at 2000 a day plus my walking and stationary bike and I lost a pound this week whick is ok slow and steady right. lest help each other along with encouraging words.

Yes it’s a little solid plan that is doing magic. I have paid $1000’s of dollars to gyms and all other trainers .. it never worked. To reach the goal this 900 calorie plan is perfect while staying at home and working out 1 hour on treadmill and doing weightlifting.
