I'm so out of it today. I'm hoping as the day goes on I wake up a little. I even slept in this morning, but I'm just not with it. I don't feel 100% either, my sinuses are still plugged and my stomach is upset, but the tired is what is doing me in. Oh well, I just have to push through. If I'm feeling this way tomorrow though I don't know if work will be in my future.

I ate okay yesterday, I'm pleased with my intake at least. I am hoping to do even better today, maybe eating good foods will help wake me up too. When my hubby is home in the evenings it really helps me stay out of junk. I don't seem to mindlessly eat when he's there.

I got my workout in yesterday too, but my knees and ankles were really sore. There is a front starting to move through so I'm sure that had something to do with it, but could also be whatever germ is in my system right now. I'm going to play it by ear today and if I'm feeling better when I get off work I'll do my workout, but if I'm still exhausted maybe I'll nap instead.

It's Friday Eve!! Almost the end of the week. :)

Whether you are feeling better or not, I think you should nap and recuperate. You will get far more out of your workouts if you do so. If you push it, you could be sick longer.
