Trying to convince my body to move. Did let the dogs out and in and grabbed coffee on the way. Another front is moving through temps will just go down from this 36 degree high Winds are really strong and gusty. That deep down next to the bone fibro pain in my legs and arms this am.-- just want to go back to sleep and stay under the toasty covers. Will drag my self out of bed. Really hoping I can walk the pain away this am. No choice but to go to work.

I feel so badly for you - hope things will improve after you get moving. This has been a long winter!

Thanks Buffy. Our winter has just been up and down crazy sometimes with more than one front hitting the same day. We are sort of in the middle of all of them this year that are swinging around the midwest before they head east. Artic and pacific and gulf all colide here sometimes. Was moving slow this am so was short on time. did walk 15 minutes and it eased the body to very tolerable--no need for any OT pain meds. May go home instead of the gym and walk on my gazelle tonite. A bit easier on the bod and it's a cardio day. break's up
