Guessed at my lunch entry today. They brought in lunch ay work, ordered an eggplant and veggie sandwich with provolone from a small locally owned place- no calorie count available. Went to the gym after work. 20 min on the treadmill then did circuit training. Will do just cardio tomorrow. Remembered my headphones and my phone today so turned it on to music and my treadmill time just flew by and I had the speed turned higher as well.

Long day left home @ 6:15am home @ 6:45pm. Made a quick dinner, did a few chores while it was cooking, quick do dishes and will be in bed by 9 asleep by 9:30. An hour later than it should be. .
