New gym is great, change room a bit challenging. I go direct from work, where as my old gym it was after getting home. The new job is also not quite what I had hoped. I committed to 6 months at the gym, so hopefully work grows on me during this time. ;) In any case, loving my work outs, puts the days stress behind me. Another challenge is eating enough, only getting one meal in right now, apart from a protein shaker with water when I get up. fasting does not really work for me on many counts. Anyhow, these are not really problems, so thanks for the support and reading my rant.

Why are you only getting one meal? Don't want you to feel sluggish and miserable. Glad you enjoy working out, it seems like this is more convenient which is a huge bonus.

I can't get breaks in at my new job. I use to have meal prep for the work week, but it just sits in the work fridge here so I stopped. Never had an energy issue, but I am not eating enough per say to achieve my exercise goals. New gym is full of giants...though in fairness I am pretty sure most are "enhanced"

Hmm.. That's a really hard scenario to work with, unless you are able to do snacks throughout your shift. I know some people can do one meal, but I'd find that difficult.

I remember the days of working non-stop with no breaks (l-o-n-g time ago). It sucked! Any chance you can have snack/energy bars at work? Or small packs of almonds or sunflower seeds. Sneak one during a "pee break" 😉. Just don't have too many of these "breaks" or they'll start wondering if you need to see a urologist, lol.

Good suggestions, I do have a protein bar late in my shift, but I am sure I will figure a way to get a meal in.
