So a small challenge, my new job is not really break friendly. I had been eating proper breakfast, lunch and dinner, where as.now I have coffee and a quick whey protein powder in water with a boiled egg and then nothing but a possible protein bar until dinner, which is 10 hours later. This is not what I want, and going to the gym after work will be a challenge with no fuel in the tank. I don't see work changing, so I will have to find a place close that offers something good, for pre gym energy...A&W is close, but I don't think that is a good choice. ;)
