Happy New Year FS family! I hope everyone had a delightful holiday! It's been 2 years of trying to lose weight. I see now a trend which I hope to break. Before joining FS, I lost 10lbs and gained back 5lbs by the end of the year. This past year with FS, I did the same. It seems the holidays are my downfall and when I end up eating my feelings and unable to resist all the goodies.
I hope/ plan on getting back on track this month. And instead of being annoyed with myself (which I am), I am going to embrace the knowing of my pitfall and move on. Besides down 20lbs and up 10lbs in 2 years still is equal to a loss of 10lbs. I accept that.
