Been pretty damn hungry and probably a bit cranky. I know Intermittent fasting is the best way for me to go, just gotta get used to doing it again. I'm hoping to get some big drops to begin with for motivation and then to try to find a happy medium where I can continue to lose but not be miserable.
I worked hard the last few months to gain strength so I wanted to see where I ended up at. Set the record for bench in my new gym and was actually able to get two reps so probably could have done more than I did, so that felt awesome!
