Day 1 of potato diet. Don't know if it is coincidence or not, but I had more energy than I had in weeks. No mental fog. Slept well and woke up reenergized even though I only fell asleep around 12:30 and woke up twice. I was not hungry between the meals, so not snacking between the meals was not a problem. Getting around 30 g of protein into every meal is a problem. I did not cook 3 high protein meals, so I had to improvise and add tuna to lunch. I am not used to eating fruit as part of my meal, I always eat it as a snack. Not sure that my stomach can handle it. So eating fruit will be a problem. Getting 1500 calories without fruit and snacks is a problem. I will have to eat bigger meals with less variety. Right now my stomach is not happy with having it all piled together into same meal.
