The dreaded plateau.. I'm back to my pre-COVID weight so at least I can end 2020 where I started, but I need to kick it up a notch to keep going. Going to up my fruits and veggies this week to see if I can get over this hump. Any other suggestions for breaking through weight loss stalls?

Greg Doucette is a mad genius. He is well worth watching, even people that questioned his merit have often come around. This is a solid starting point for a bulk of advice.

Be careful with fruits they have carbs in them I lower my carb intake between 150-200 grams a day and just exercise around 40 min a day you’ll break threw eventually
