Long day. Exhausted by 1:30 still 2 hours to work. Made it through. Actually felt better after I moved around some and made dinner. Still off to bed no later than 7:30

Thanks slept 11 hours. I do have to clean up my house some. It's full of muddy puppy prints. I know they will track in more but I can't let it get too many layers. :)). I think the sleep did me good. Not huffing and puffing so much when I let the dogs out and started some coffee.

I read Younger Next Year as well, and now there is another one out called Thinner This Year - I would say I really like the second book much better than the first. They really delve into eating and exercising much more in the Thinner book.

I saw that on amazon yesterday. Will have to read that one as well glad to know it's a good one. I have a friend that I was going to order the one I'm reading for but may wait until I read that one. She has lost 35# and her doc is trying to get her to start exercising. Thanks
