@liv001 - I think my wife brushes with olive oil, seasons salt&pepper; roasts uncovered for 30-40 min @ 375-400F oven. I'll double check but it's super simple and delish!

@liv001: 45 min @ 350F then 15 min @ 400F to brown. You can modify the time @ 350F based on how crunchy or soft you like your florets. Hope this helps!
