oooo yum do you follow a certain recipe for the dried and cherries and fennel seed sauce?

Thx tina! 😊 Unfortunately I don't use recipes and usually change it up but it's a classic braise; spices were fennel seed added to previous nights cajun seasoning (also not store bought). After searing chicken, add mirepoix, garlic, spice mix slightly brown. Add flour to veggies and cook a couple minutes. Added liquid - wine, stock, vinegar whips out any lumps. When it's the desired consistency add chicken & any herbs - parsley thyme and finsish covered in 325F oven for 1.5-2 hrs. For the spice mix if you had fennel seed, red chili flake, garlic powder, you'd be fine. Hope that helps
