Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Weight 168.1 Not recording today's food. I sampled several dishes not on my list, but only ate small amounts. My fresh green salad filled half my plate. I did skip pie and ate the low carb apple dump cake I made, with Reddi Wip real cream. Supper was turkey, ham, and another serving of the low carb apple dump cake. It was a delicious dinner cooked by my daughter-in-law and we enjoyed our visit. And brought home enough leftovers to keep hubby happy for several days while I return to restricted eating!!! Bedtime glucose was 73, so that feels like a win for Thanksgiving day! Ate a cheese stick and handful of mixed nuts.
