I suppose it isn't too early for new year resolutions!! Two of mine will be to follow a good eating plan and a doable exercise regime!! Still need to work on my others!! My final one will be to actually to do them!!

Don't limit yourself to one type of exercise. Try a lot of things to find something you enjoy and look forward to. You may surprise yourself what you really like, and then can stick to.

First of all - congratulations on quitting smoking! That was no easy task - especially while keeping weight in check at the same time. Sounds like sticking to an exercise program will be easy after all that!

I usually don't resolve to do anything in the new year but I just feel VERY motivated this year and I didn't wait til Jan. 1.I jump on the machine throughout the day now!
