Well, I did my weigh in this morning. No loss, but thankfully, no gain either! New start today! Mom makes halupkis every Christmas, love them. Probably no fat, to speak of, but I'm not sure of the calories. Gotta figure that out, so I can figure my calorie intake the next few days.

They're very low fat... if you add rice, a little carby. Wonderful. We called them "pigeons" when growing up. I make them now and do them in bulk and we eat them for days. We love them. Enjoy!!!
