BP 122/63 pulse 68 no FBS done Edema none to minimal Wt. in sweats my scale 191 BM(+) Slept late again, hip pain woke me up, but slept well over all and dreamed so know I got plenty of REM sleep. Feel rested and hungry so ate double breakfast for "brunch" (two bowls of cereal, milk and apple.) I didn't do FBS this morning but will do a before meal BS today.
Wt in sweats 191 on my scale, so wt hasn't changed at all in quite some time now, so I need to add some strength training to my program I think. I have a book on it and will do some of the exercises but I really dont' know how to do them safely and some of them I think would hurt my back or other messed up joints, so I need to get some guidance on them. May try looking on the internet but can't really watch videos on there because of limited amount of gigs we can download. Hummm need to think about this.
Well, got some pecans (in shell cracked) from a friend who brought them over for a short visit today, and ate some, not sure how many but probably about a cup of meats!!!! Ouch 600+ calories! So will have to eat them gradually. Worse calories than peanuts. LOL
