Praise God. Not only did the rain stop but the sun came out this morning during outside church. It was a bit windy but I do drive-in church due to two co-morbidly Covid19 vulnerabilities. I had hot black coffee and two coats to keep me warm. Soon I will be cooking my scallops and ahi tuna. So far I had one scallop meal without lemon. It was okay but hope next one is better with lemon. This may be the 1st time I have ever cooked scallops so am learning. Don't know of anywhere I can order scallops and beef on line locally so guess it's up to recipes on line. Have a great Sunday.
