I bought it by mistake a couple months ago. It is good. I had to keep repeating my mantra— portion control and moderation. 

I just looked it up the muffin and flapjack cups look delicious I get so many good ideas for food here chocolate without guilt right up my alley thanks lol 

Newname, I just bought a box for the first time last week and I've had them twice. The first time I made them I added an egg for extra protein like it suggested and decided that wasn't my preference. This time I added banana, protein powder, and the peanut butter and oh my gosh, total game changer lol you won't be disappointed. 😊😋 

Kenna, they really are super yummy and that 1/2cup goes a long way too, my kids even get a taste 😋
