Welp yesterday was a very low day because my nap was pushed back to 5pm instead of 11am. Turns out I was so tired I talked in my sleep and answered the family but I wouldn’t actually wake up or get up. Don’t remember any of it so I know I was sleep taking again like I did all the time as a child and sometimes as an adult. Woke up around 4-4:30. I haven’t been up this early in years lol. Must’ve needed the sleep. Missed my meds and the shoulder doesn’t hurt too bad. I’d say a 3 when I’m relaxed and a 5ish when moving. I want pain killers around 7-8. I’ll take them anyway was just waiting until 6am to have a close to regular schedule today. I’d rather deal with some pain and stiffness now than later when I’m trying to do things.

Since the election is messed up this year and we may not even know the new president (or same one whatever) for another week, I’ll probably be eating a ton. Can’t work off nervous energy by exercising right now :/. Only one donut left, an apple fritter, so it’ll be chips, gardettos and Halloween candy more than likely.

Am I misinterpreting, or is the shoulder slightly improved?

DP thanks! I didn’t! Lol. Always worried about that since I can carry on a full conversation in my sleep. Mom could too. Normally it’s just things like leave me alone, did you get your homework done, etc.

Tom yes it’s slightly better! I have a tiny bit more range of motion. Maybe 40-45 degrees now. The pain upon waking was like a 2-3 rather than a 4-6 like it’s been for the last week. I was able to put games and practices in my phone calendar and write out (4) 4 month calendars full of practices, games, holidays and all appointments etc for 2.5 hours and my pain was up to maybe a 4-5. Resting it and it’s back to a 2. That’s a huge improvement and makes me hopeful I may get range on motion back soon and can get back on the gym soon!

Glad the shoulder feels better. I had a roommate that was a sleep talker, pretty trippy. She'd answer questions, too, and have zero recollection when she woke up. Don't waste time worrying about stuff you have no control over, there's no point.
