Don’t judge lol. If I can’t get to the gym soon, if ever again, I may not be eating many donuts anymore lol.

I’m an all or nothing girl! You sit a donut in front of me I eat it all. Sit two in front of me I eat them both lol. I ate all of this one. Have an apple fritter left. But if I can’t get back to lifting then donuts will go back to a couple times a year treat rather than a once a month treat. 🤷‍♀️ Won’t know for sure for weeks yet. Gotta wait two weeks just to go in and see if these meds worked and if my body is working right again. If not we are looking at PT and maybe MRI to see what’s causing me not to be able to lift my arm. Everything I read says lifting heavy objects, repetitive motions and lifting weights over head will probably be out even if I get range of motion back. I can’t find a definition of ‘heavy objects’. I was carrying 50# bags of feed on my weak left side before this and now 14# on left side seemed heavy after months out of the gym. One condition also caused deterioration of the bicep. I already have an indent (like someone is pushing in with their finger) in my right bicep which is why I looked it up. Wait and see game now ugh.

I love that contrast. Normally I'm a custard filled guy. But that lemon is awesome. Good choice.
