I'm back! I got sick and tired of dieting so I took a month off to enjoy unrestricted eating. I ate all the things I had been denying my self and it felt so good. Now I am ready to resume my food plan and take control again. I am eating lots of salads and low carb things. Would you believe I got hungry for low carb? Today is day 1....again!
