Friday Saturday and Sundays are the worst days for me because I don't exercise and I drink mixed drinks all day.... Monday through Friday I stick to my diet and don't drink but I don't seem to be losing any weight so today ima do water fasting try for 5 days
59.1 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
