It's crazy because my bio is legit. God took it from me and I slowly took it back. Why? So crazy. Ok...Saturdays are deep cleaning days ago back at it. No pancakes yet, Wifey...but soon. 😉

☹️ Break up with your diet. You sound miserable. Stop restricting. I was once where you are, kneeling my fitness goals and having a piece of lettuce with a side of cardboard. It’s a slippery slope from where you’re at to disordered behavior. Watch yourself. We love you.

I'm definitely a CICO follower, though not as obsessive as in the past. Mostly it's about portion sizes. I only use a small, 8" plate for my food, and don't do seconds, desserts or snacks. And since autumn/winter is here, soups are great and filling. I agree with Chris about the waters, but if carbonation is a problem, you can also drink unsweetened ice tea for the same effect. My diet is mostly carbs of the fresh fruit & veggies variety, which have a lot of water to fill me up. Looking forward to hearing about your next trip to the grocery store.

Justbananas- grocery store will be the same minus the ten tuna pouches. I always have the fun stuff, I just forgot that I can allow it. ❤️ Hopefully next month I'll have an actual loss to report. Thank you, Kaybuckaroo! ❤️ I know!

I know how you feel. I follow healthy eating but allow some room for alternative foods I don't normally eat. My problem is that once I start, it takes me about 2 days to get back on track. I get that if I'm to restrictive I won't succeed but it's a matter of figuring out how to adapt my eating to not go overboard...
PS, you are looking great! I'm jealous of those arms! Curious, how much weight do you lift for bicep workout?💜💪💪

This is the hard part of mastering weight control. There is nothing wrong with repetitively eating as long as it meets your nutritional needs and you like it.. I have a quick, easy lunch that eat every day— I’m busy, I don’t care about lunch, I just need the nutrition. The plus is that I love this meal and look forward to eating it. Portion control, moderation is the answer that has worked with all the people that I have mentored over the years. You can’t live on tuna packs. And as we all know. You cannot out exercise a bad diet. It Just doesn’t work that way. You can do this. You just have diet fatigue— which is why “diets” dont work. Lifestyle change does. I’m preaching to the choir here, but thought you needed a pep talk. You will get this yet. Just keep going.

Kinda in the same place for different reasons. See my "spinach fatigue" although maybe that's just shopping laziness in these weird times. Glad you're looking back at what brought you success previously. You've done an amazing job so far, keep it up. Awareness is the first step, after all.

Diana1234- Currently 17.5# dumbbells. I superset bicep with back and so a lot of back exercises fatigue the biceps. By the end of the hour I am down to 15's and sometimes 12's depending on which bicep curl/exercise I am doing.

Goodness! Exactly!! Yes, I'm sure we get into this trap to compensate for not eating the things we love in moderation. This is what I need to hear right now as I am having to diminish my calories because of less activity. I want to savor the yummy and delightful stuff that satisfies and fill in the spaces with specific veggies, fruit, and even popcorn etc that I enjoy rather than "diet" food I would just be enduring! I am so very grateful you share openly here to help others. Your success has given you a voice to which others listen. I don't think anyone wants a "perfect" hero, they need a real one who is dedicated to still learning (remembering what you already knew) and winning battles in this fitness/weight war we are fighting. 😁

I’m right there with you in the food thing. My nutrition has sucked lately and I feel like I’m eating crap. Pasta is my Achilles heal and I need to just stay away but it’s so quick and easy. I just need to get back on track in general. 💪

I get stuck in that too. What really helped me change my mind set about my eating was when I started intermediate fasting. I could eat what I want just as long as it was in a certain time frame. I went kind of extreme and ill eat between 4pm and 8pm. Ive noticed that since I don't tell myself I HAVE to eat specific foods I have made better food choices on my own. Also its helped me curb my nightly snacking cravings. Those were killer to my progress! Just make sure to drink plenty of water. Good luck 😊
