My walk was rained out this AM, so it was Stairmaster time. I am NOT a fan of that piece of exercise equipment, but it does get the job done. Best part of that exercise is when it's DONE!!

Thrift shop volunteering this afternoon....yay!!!

Congrats on taming the Stairmaster! BTW - The "Other Sandy" told me about Jonathan Bailor. He has a new book coming out - the Calorie Myth. Not quite ready to adopt him as my personal guru, but lots of interesting stuff on his website (after you figure out how to maneuver through it).

"The Other Sandy" made me laugh. He does have some inspirational words and it's nice to get a daily fix from him via email everyday. :) WTG on the stairmaster, Sandy.

All right Buffy and "Other Sandy"....way to go getting me all confused as to what this "Other Sandy" stuff was all about, but I got it figured out! LOL! I've seen you write about this Jonathan Bailor guy....will have to see what he's all about. Hope you're both having a good Monday to start your week.
