I've been gone a few days and everything has changed!! Holy cow! I'm going to have to get used to the new layout.

Well, my weekend was good, but I didn't eat the best and no exercise. We had fun with the family though. I wasn't feeling well Sunday or Monday, but I think a lot of that had to do with eating fast food, so hopefully the rest of the week I'll be getting back on track.

One of the girls in the office gave me a homemade pumpkin empanada this morning. Yes, I ate it, and it was amazing. I'm going to hopefully get some exercise in later to counter the bad effects of that. Otherwise, I should be good with my eating today.

No workout this morning, but I'm going to try my best to get one in this evening. I'm going to get back on track with my workouts. I ended up doing 4 last week, so hopefully I'll get at least 4 in this week. Here goes nothin!!

That sounds delicious, I would have eaten it too! Fast food always makes me feel very heavy and blah. Glad you had a good weekend, that's what counts!! Four workouts a week is what I do, so you should be good there :-) Have a good one, and thank you for all of your support!!
