Started the week OK though not as much time spent walking as planned. Overtime messes with schedules but we have it for awhile. Kept moving when I came home' Did just 15 min on the gazelle as was also cooking dinner, never went back for the 2nd 15 as it became to late--Did accomplish getting laundry washed dried and hung up some put away the rest hanging downstairs as it was slightly damp, Kithcen is clean.
Orgainized for morning. Slept well hard to wake up this am must have hot the snooze a couple times before I was aware. Try to do at least 15 on the gazelle this am
