My head is spinning today. I woke up to try to get my workout in and the room was spinning, so I laid my head back down and just couldn't get over the dizzy feeling. Then I finally got up to shower because I knew the workout wasn't happening and I almost fell over because of the dizziness. I haven't felt this way in forever and of course it has to hit when we're supposed to be in a car half the day tomorrow. We'll see if I make it the whole day through work. I took a decongestant because I'm thinking I'm getting plugged up, but it's not really working. I hate this feeling.

Well, the good thing is it's Friday!! I'm really hoping this dizzy thing goes away and I feel like getting a good workout in this afternoon. I'm going to cross my fingers anyway.

We ended up eating out last night because my hubby didn't pull anything out of the freezer for dinner. So, that wasn't so good, and I know we'll be eating out this weekend, so I'm going to have to watch myself. I'm going to the store on my lunch break to find some snacks for the car ride and maybe some breakfast bars or something so we're not tempted to stop for that. My hubby is really trying to eat better right now, so that will work in my favor because if he doesn't want to grab a candy bar at the gas station then I won't be tempted to either. If I'm feeling dizzy like this though I may not want to eat because I know it's only a matter of time before the nausea sets in too. But, I'm going to try to stay positive that it's not going to get that far.

If you do happen to make the road trip, grab a turkey jerky and cheddar snack NOT the candy bar! That way you'll feel like you're getting a treat even if it is a healthy choice! Hope you feel better quickly.

Sounds like your blood sugar is out of wack. Get some simple carbs into you. I hope that will work to take your dizziness away. Good luck tomorrow with the road trip!

For night's that no one takes out something for dinner why not get some prefrozen chicken breasts that you take out frozen, throw them in a pan and 30 minutes later you have chicken breast for dinner. They sell them in 3 lb bags at Wal-Mart. They work great for my family when I need something easy and healthy. Throw some carrots and another vegetable in a pan to boil and dinner is done. Beats fast food. I hope you are feeling better tonight.

Kathy that's a good idea, the only issue is we've gotten those before and the ones we had were so bad I just can't bring myself to waste money on them again. We had them numerous times before and they were fine, but the last time they were spongy and gross. I may just have to get them and try them again. Usually I have everything for the week in the frige so there's no excuse, and I thought the chicken was in there, but nope. I made sure the chicken was out for tonight though. :)

You can always taken raw chicken that you froze and throw it in a pan with some sauce over it (like the tenderizers they have near the bbq sauce) and it works great for me! I hope you feel better though ):
