I'm 166.5. Calculating... if I lose two more lbs by December 8, 2010 that would make me 164.5 and if I can lose another two lbs on my birthday December 14th then I will be at....wait for it.....almost....162.5. I will have reached my birthday goal if that happens. It's so overwhelming, so much to think about, such a happy, happy thought. I contacted a personal trainer today that works at my gym. I'm going to meet with him on Monday in order to find out about my weight loss goals. I like this guy, he is looking for me to lose weight long term. He asked me if I played any sports in high school and what my goals are. Funny, although I write about it here. I never really examined my total goals. Hmmmmm. I told him that I would like to run a 5k in April. 1. I want to have an exercise program that suits me and I can stick with. 2. I want to keep the weight off forever and never be back in the 170's again. 3. I don't want saggy, clappy arms. 4. This may not be reasonable, but I want six pack abs or I'll settle for flat!! 5. I want to gain muscle in order to burn fat, but I don't want to look like a body builder. 6. I want to improve my endurance. 7. I would like to be 150 lbs, but if that isn't possible due to muscle mass, bmi or whatever might keep me from that number then I want to look and feel healthy. 8. I want to lose the fat on my inner and outer thighs. 9. I don't want my calves to get any bigger. 10. I want a smaller butt! Okay, that's what I want. I'm ready to discuss it.
