I didn't want to get out of bed this morning, I was trying to talk myself into not doing my workout, but I managed to get out of bed and get it done. I'm glad I did because I work late tonight, so I won't be able to get it done. I only got a half hour in because I woke up a little late, but at least I worked hard for that 30 mins.
My joints are sore today. I don't know if it's the ups and downs with the weather or what, but yowser. I'm thinking it's an extra pain pill day today. I try to stick to 1 but can take 2 if I need to.
Saturday we leave for my neices' birthday party. They are going to be 3 and 1, and are having a party together because their birthdays are only about a month apart. They're such cuties, I can't wait to see them, but it's going to be a long car ride. It takes about 5 1/2 hours to get there, then we'll stay the night and turn around and drive 5 1/2 hours back the next day. At least I get Monday off for Veteran's day. With the long trip will come fast food I'm sure, so I'm going to try to make good choices.
