Well I did it..I bought a pair of jeans too small so I could have a goal.I want to be able to wear them by Christmas.
Let me try to explain how GREAT I am feeling today.I got new cute haircut,went cloths shopping,took a new bio picture.I feel lighter and confident.Kinda like I am on speed.I had bread for lunch instead of just salad and don't feel guilty.
I just Never want this high to end.WOW!!!
