1471 kcal. Cut it down to 800 by leaving 2/3 of the mac and cheese, eating only 1/4 of one roll and giving half the cinnamon roll to the hubby. Can’t say that I care for Grandy’s. Hubby loves it so next time I’ll try the breakfast sandwich or chicken strips. Can’t usually go wrong with those.

I've found sharing is an excellent way to not over eat!

It does hold you somewhat accountable. I’m a half a plate eater most times at restaurants so I like to show the full amount of food then sometimes what I have left.
