Sometimes I hate cars!! I think I would rather have a horse and buggy!! The buggy could still break down, but at least you would know what broke!!! And be able to fix it!!! Stupid car.....

I haven't been able to get to the gym, and I have been really bad about exercising here at home. I'm not totally vegging out here though. I am doing the general house kind of stuff...lol!! Cleaning up after my furry kids, making supper, washing dishes, etc. Granted, I'm doing it a little slowly, but I'm doing it!! lol!!

The hubby and the up the street neighbor are going to "fix" the car this weekend. They plan on taking the offending power steering pump and fly wheel off and return it to the parts store. I hope they can get a new one with out too much of a hassle. That pump is only 2 months old!! Flywheel too! The fly wheel is loose and has a nice chunk missing out of it now. No wonder the car is having fits!!

I had to reschedule my dr appointment again, so I have to wait now until the 8th for the "official" weigh in. I think it will be a little more impressive for the dr...lol!!! I finally realized what has been keeping me awake at night. That stupid phentermine!! i ended up taking it every day last week, and started that again this week. Well, I just took that little ornery pill and put it back in the bottle!!! I will have to re adjust it and start on the every other day again. I think that was working well. Geezz....me having such a DUH moment, go figure!! lol!! I will say that it has helped me. Not so much in the appetite suppression area, but in the give me the needed energy department. I really don't want to depend on those things, and I hope once these next 50 are history, I can bid them goodbye!!

Yep... I took phenteramine in my 40's and yep, lost a lot of weight but I think like anything.. you gotta want to do it or nothing will work but meanwhile it will hype you up and cause some sleeplessness. I took it again about 6 years ago when I was regaining the weight I lost but I wasn't in the right frame of mind so all that happened was I was awake longer and later to eat more and more. Hopefully you can wean off it and continue dealing with portion control and nutritional focus. You'll have to - unless the laws have changed the doc will eventually stop prescribing it anyway. I think you are only allowed about six months or so. I'm so relieved I didn't go that route this time. I feel really good to not be dependent on a pill and you will soon be that way too!

yea...my mom used to get yellow jackets. I used to take those when I was working midnight's. Half the time I forget I'm even taking these darn things. I have no problem going from every day to every other day. Shoot, I don't think I'll have a problem with doing away with them altogether. Bella, I think the law is a little different here. My doc told me that as long as I was losing, I could still get a "script. That's why I have to check in with them every week. To check my weight progress. If I go to every other day, that lasts me 2 months.
