Thank you PMS, work, weather and Halloween.......it makes the perfect storm. I have no will power today. The snack size snickers called my name.

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with the PMS monster any more, and so is my hubby, lol!! Don't feel bad about it, just roll with those punches it gives you. That's the only way to deal with it sometimes!! Once that evilness is gone, just get back to your routine!!

Yea...I had 3, and one and 1/2 fun size Kit Kats. Arrgghhh. I already put in my calories for dinner and my evening snack and I'm still not over my RDI today, so I guess it's not TOO horrible. Yet. My boss is removing the candy from the premises at the end of the work day today, and that should take care of that.
