One week tomorrow. Under 1500 calories a day. Walked every day. Lost 2.6 lbs. Is that good or bad?

If you lose the weight too fast, you won't be able to keep it off. Try shooting for 1700 cals per day instead of 1500. When you cut calories you should only cut 200-300 out of your RDI, that way you lose weight at a nice steady rate without forcing your metabolism into starvation mode. It tends to hold on to the reserves when that happens. :) Stay healthy and good luck!
